I am new to the world of leading people in an organization. This book has literally changed everything with how I lead people. There were several times I got emotional reading this because I felt like I was reading a story about myself! It was like I was having an out-of-body experience. Reading this was EXTREMELY helpful in my leadership.
Also, Kadi is the type of leader you WANT to learn from. She's such a great teacher. I had the privilege of being a part of a leadership school that she helped start and it has changed my life forever.
There is such great wisdom in all of these steps. Kadi paints a picture of true servant leadership. This is definitely a must-read!
